Due to the nature of our Service as a digital good, all credit purchases and mockup generations are final and non-refundable.
Once credits are purchased or a mockup is generated, the Service has been rendered and the digital product has been delivered. As such, we cannot offer refunds for:

If you experience technical problems that prevent the Service from functioning properly, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate issues such as:
- Payment processing errors where credits were deducted but not added to your account
- System failures that consumed credits without generating a mockup
- Technical errors that prevented you from downloading your generated mockups
- Service outages or bugs that interfered with normal operation
In genuine cases of technical failure, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Restore consumed credits to your account
- Regenerate mockups at no additional cost
- Provide additional credits as compensation

Limitations of AI Technology
Our Service uses artificial intelligence, which has inherent limitations. We are not liable and will not provide refunds when:

- Generated mockups don't perfectly replicate intricate details
- The results vary from your expectations due to limitations in AI interpretation
- Your uploaded images are low quality, unclear, or unsuitable for mockup generation
